At Sirohiestore Internet Private Limited (Sirohi e-Store), we are dedicated to promoting a sustainable future by offering an e-waste take-back and recycling service in line with the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 issued by the Ministry of Environment and Forest, Government of India. We aim to responsibly manage e-waste, including mobile phones, power banks, speakers, headphones, fans, and other electronic and electrical products that have reached the end of their useful life. Our commitment is to recycle these products responsibly to ensure that they are disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

RoHS Declaration
In our efforts to minimize the use of hazardous substances in our products, all Sirohi e-Store products comply with the stringent requirements of the Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) in Electrical and Electronic Equipment under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022. This includes restrictions on substances like lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, and the brominated flame retardants (BFRs) PBB and PBDE.
Dos & Don’ts
– Dispose of your e-waste responsibly through authorized Producer Responsibility Organizations (PROs) or Producer Take Back channels.
– Do not sell your e-waste to the informal sector.
– Back up and remove all important personal and professional data from your device, preferably by performing a factory reset before disposal.
– Remove SIM and memory cards before depositing your phone at a collection point. Other accessories like batteries and chargers can also be recycled at these points.
– Do not mix e-waste with regular household waste.

1. How does the Take Back Program work?
– Simply fill out the e-waste recycling form after logging into your Sirohi e-Store account. Our authorized e-waste recycler will contact you to pick up e-waste from your location.
2. What is E-Waste?
– Electronic appliances such as mobile phones, computers, laptops, printers, speakers, or their parts that are discarded and have reached the end of their useful life are called “e-waste.”
3. Why Recycle E-Waste?
– Helps reduce pollution.
– Conserves energy and resources.
– Ensures data security.
4. What can I recycle?
– Under the E-Waste Management & Handling Rules 2022, Sirohi e-Store accepts and recycles all mobile phones, chargers, speakers, headphones, and other electronic products sold in India, irrespective of the brand. It is advisable to secure and erase all data in your electronic devices before depositing them.
5. Do I have to pay to get my electronics recycled?
– No, consumers do not have to pay any fee to recycle products sold in India through Sirohi e-Store.
6. Will I receive any monetary benefit/discount by participating in the Takeback and Recycling Program?
– Yes, a discount coupon worth ₹100 will be added to your registered Sirohi e-Store account for every successful pickup request. This coupon is applicable on a minimum purchase of ₹1000 on accessories. Please note that coupons are only provided for complete phone units, not for spare parts or other products. Coupons will be issued within 14 days of the pickup date, and Sirohi e-Store reserves the right to issue or reject coupons at its discretion.
7. How long does it take to collect my products?
– Sirohi e-Store’s authorized recycler will contact you within 2 working days. Products will be collected within 15 days of raising the pickup request. Collection time may vary depending on your location.
